EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pearls Boutique, we want you to be thrilled with your online purchase. Our exchange process is straightforward. You may return your item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving it. Please follow the steps below for a smooth exchange experience:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number by emailing us at pearlsboutiqueportdover@gmail.com with the following information: Full name, telephone number, address, order number, item(s) exchanging, and reasons for exchange.

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the item in a secure shipping container, clearly identifying your name, order number, and RA number.
  2. Email us the tracking number of the returning package.
  3. Ensure no other shipping or tracking labels are attached to the package.
  4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method with a signature option. We cannot accept COD returns or returns without an RA number, and they will be refused upon delivery.

Exchange Process:

  • Items eligible for exchange must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, with tags attached. Worn, washed, damaged, or items not in the original condition will be rejected.
  • Returns made within 14 days will be inspected for approval. Once approved, you'll receive an email with a Credit Note #. Keep it for your records and use it for your next purchase.
  • Allow 30 days for the exchange to be processed. During this time, feel free to purchase the correct size, colour, or style you desire.

Important Notes:

  • Clearly display your order number and RA number on the return label.

All sale items, intimates, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale and are not qualified for any exchanges . This Return Policy does not apply to any in store purchases or any online orders that are picked up in store. All purchases made in store are NON-REFUNDABLE (including online orders that are picked up in store), and qualify for exchange only within 7 days. Items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, not damaged. Any returns worn, without tags, washed, damaged, not in original condition will be rejected.
