RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered online!

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it for exchange only. You must obtain an RA number before shipping your return to the Orders Department.

PLEASE NOTE:

NO REFUNDS will be provided—returns qualify for exchange only. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns from online sales. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return postage to Pearls Boutique and postage for the new shipment of exchanged items. We do not provide return shipping labels. All items leave our store in perfect condition after a thorough inspection and careful packaging.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached. Any items returned worn, washed, damaged, or not in original condition will be rejected. Returns made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once completed. Please allow 30 days for your exchange to be processed.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:

To obtain an RA number, email pearlsboutiqueportdover@gmail.com with your full name, telephone number, address, order number, item(s) returning, and reason for exchange.

Securely package your item, clearly displaying your Name, Order Number, and RA Number.

Email us the tracking number of your return package.

Ensure no other shipping or tracking labels are attached to your package.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method with a signature option. We cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns or returns without an RA number; they will be refused upon delivery.

Clearly display your Order Number and RA Number on the return label.

All sales on sale items, intimates, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
